ACE NextGen 2025 Chapter Board Application

ACE NextGen is seeking driven, entrepreneurial leaders to join our Chapter Board and help fulfill our mission to connect, elevate, and give back to the AAPI entrepreneur community. Together, we’re building The Accelerator for AAPI Entrepreneurship — a network of peers dedicated to growth, mutual support, and community impact.

As a board member, you’ll play a vital role in guiding programs that help our members thrive in business and in life, fostering a supportive community along the way.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Core Values Alignment: Embody ACE NextGen’s values of Generosity, Humility, Authenticity, Community Orientated, and a Growth Mindset.
  • Relevant Skills & Network: Bring expertise, connections, or insights that contribute to ACE NextGen’s mission and vision.
  • Active Membership: Be a current paid member in good standing, with membership valid through at least through 2025 (upon acceptance).
  • Business Experience: Ideally, business owners who manage teams or work within team environments.
  • Participation History: Preference for candidates with a history of being actively engaged in ACE NextGen.

Board Commitments:

  • One-Calendar Year Term with role-based time commitments designed to be manageable.
  • Accountability: Support ACE NextGen’s goals and work collaboratively with fellow board members.
  • Engagement: Attend Board meetings, Chapter events, and when possible, National events like the National Retreat and National Conference.
