We are excited to offer a new leadership development opportunity in partnership with SoundingBoard, LLC. This program provides six months of leadership coaching (12 sessions) tailored to help you grow in your leadership journey.

Participants selected for this opportunity will be assigned a coach and meet virtually for 50 minutes every two weeks, beginning in January until June 2025. The coaching will focus on your personal leadership goals and provide valuable insights, feedback, and strategies to support your growth.

Important Note: The Division is not covering the cost for this coaching opportunity. The cost is $2800 for new to mid-managers and $3900 for senior leader which leads teams with full-time staff. Departments will need to fund this initiative for those selected to participate.
