Imani Host Church Application

In Spring 2024, we will begin Cycle 2 of the Imani Community Recovery Program.  We encourage you to be a part of this innovative faith and community-based recovery and wellness program sponsored by the Rhode Island Department of Behavioral Healthcare Developmental Disabilities & Hospitals (BHDDH). 

This program is for your church if you:

  • Have a passion for recovery ministry
  • Want to provide leadership opportunities to church members with lived experience or impacted by the opioid crisis
  • Want to play an active role in fostering positive change in your community

If your church is selected, a Faith Leader orientation and Facilitator Training will be provided by the Yale Program for Recovery and Community Health (PRCH).
