Jess Winfield is an American novelist, author, screenwriter, voice actor, and magazine editor who is a founding member of the Reduced Shakespeare Company. He also wrote various Shakespearean books, such as What Would Shakespeare Do? and My Name is Will. Since 2015, he has worked as an editor for American Road magazine.
For Disney, he wrote for and served as an executive producer of several animated TV series, including 101 Dalmatians: The Series, Teacher's Pet, and Lilo & Stitch: The Series. He was also the voice of Jumba Jookiba in the latter series' franchise (replacing David Ogden Stiers) in the English versions of the Stitch! anime and the Chinese animated spin-off Stitch & Ai.
