Gemma Chan is an English actress. She started her career as minor roles in Doctor Who, The IT Crowd, and Sherlock before gaining more prominent roles in Secret Diary of a Call Girl, Fresh Meat, Bedlam, and Humans. She also made her mark in movies, such as Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Transformers: The Last Knight, Crazy Rich Asians, and Mary Queen of Scots.
For Disney, she portrayed Dr. Minn-Erva in Captain Marvel and Sersi in Eternals. She also voiced Namaari in Raya and the Last Dragon.
