Trivia[]
- Goofy's song, "Bag of Nuts", is a parody of "It's a Small World".
- Donald getting framed and punished for stealing the nuts from the audience (although it was actually Chip and Dale's doing) could be a nod to the cartoons Squatter's Rights and Pluto's Christmas Tree where Mickey accuses Pluto for the chaos the chipmunks caused.
- This is the only episode to feature two classic cartoons, leaving only one from Mickey Mouse Works.
- Minnie and Daisy do not appear in this episode. Notably, this is the only House of Mouse episode in which Minnie is absent.
Censorship[]
- Two scenes from the classic Chip and Dale cartoon Two Chips and a Miss are edited in this episode:
- When Chip checks himself in his vanity before he leaves his and Dale's penthouse, a voice near the end telling him "you gay dog, you," while he raises his one eyebrow several times is muted out, as by the time this episode aired, the term "gay" had gone from meaning "happy" to "homosexual".
- The clip of Dale holding a box of moth balls while he laughs at Chip for eating one was digitally edited to remove the text on the box reading "moth balls" by making the box one color.
