Cheshire Cafe is presented as a quick service snack stand which sells quick service products to guests who stop by the area. The snack stand features its most popular snack, the Cheshire Cat Tail, a pastry product that is themed after the Cheshire Cat, hence the facility's name. Beverage products featured in the Cheshire Cafe include mostly tea, juices, and slushes as well as bottled water which guests can try out while enjoying their time at the Cheshire Cafe. The current signage located outside the facility is a blue sign depicting the words "Cheshire Cafe" with the Cheshire Cat sitting on the table holding a coffee cup.

In the discontinued video game, Disney Wonderful Worlds, Cheshire Cafe is one of the buildings that the player must construct using coins they have accumulated by completing match-3 levels as part of Alice's storyline. Once the player had earned enough coins to build the Cheshire Cafe and once it is built in the Fantasyland area of the game, Alice then commented to the player that she enjoys a cup of tea at the Cheshire Cafe after having an odd adventure, which she considers it a comforting experience. Unlike its real-life counterpart, the Cheshire Cafe in Wonderful Worlds depicts a large facility building with a statue of the Cheshire Cat sitting on top of a building.
