I traded in my iPhone15, against a new iPhone16. This was meant to pay my finance off.
However despite receiving confirmation that the trade in was successful, the funds have not been transferred to Barclays.
I have contacted Apple four times and it has been a month but it has not been resolved. I will be paying for two phones in December despite only having one.
Apple keep stating they will resolve it, but nothing happens.
What are my options?

if they did not pay you for the trade in then if it was me then I would reach out to their official support channels to resolve the mistake

No I dont have the iphone15 - i sent it back via the trade in package - got an email saying all was good. but the funds have not been transferred to the finance company so I am paying for the iphone15 and iphone16.
