I was not able to fix the Spotlight search problem after update to Sequoia

I was not able to fix the Spotlight search problem in applications folder nor to find any images keywords and fix the search feature in finder via keywords after the update to macOS Sequoia. Before the update all worked perfectly.

I working with images a lot and use search feature of the Finder every day. Firstly, the finder search wasn't working at all, I reindexed the spotlight in accordance with the instructions somewhere here, but it does not search double word phrases among the images keywords (all my images have titles, keywords and description inside the files). Now I even can not see any titles and keywords using "Get Info" feature on the image file.

Why? And how to fix the spotlight search in finder among the images tags and titles and in application folder? tried to reindex spotlight via system settings and terminal. I really need these all as a breath..

Here is an example of how "get info" shows me the image file info with title and keywords:

and how the Sequoia now shows me the same info:

Where are the titles and keywords? I assume the Spotlight of Finder now does not search using them either for the same reason?

The following is by a well respected contributor in the Communities (Per Etresoft)

Give this a try if the other suggestions did not work for you.

Spotlight has one fatal flaw. It allows 3rd party apps to plug-in. It is those apps that are breaking your Spotlight search. No amount of reindexing is ever going to fix it.

Go to System Settings > General > Login Items & Extensions > Extensions > Spotlight. Click the ⓘ button to show your Spotlight extensions. Turn them all off.

It may take a few minutes for the Spotlight index to be rebuilt. You might lose some search capabilities if you had extensions that were working. But you should regain the ability to search files by name. You can later experiment and turn on those extensions one-by-one until you find the one that doesn't work.
