Airpod Max repeatedly Disconnecting every second

Hello, .I was trying to Use my Airpod max and they keep disconnecting about every Second. Why why is this happening?

So it could be due to a Bluetooth interference or software glitch.

Try resetting them by holding the noise control button and Digital Crown for 15 seconds until the light flashes amber, then white. Also, ensure your device's Bluetooth is updated and working properly. If the issue persists, try forgetting the AirPods Max in Bluetooth settings and reconnecting them
