In the episode of the same name, Ty asks Flynt to help him save his friends from a fire that's trapped them near the garage, but he was reluctant to assist the T-Trux. Flynt told Ty that he tried to stop D-Structs from attacking a herd of craneosaurs but didn't win. Later, he returns and helps Ty to defeat D-Structs and save his friends.
In "Ty vs. D-Structs", he came to join the Trux to take on D-Structs and D-Stroy.
