History[]
After the Fourth Corporate War, the North American branch of Trauma Team survived by becoming regional providers only. Their Night City offices did not survive the AHQ Disaster, and a new one was erected in the Watson Development.
By the 2040s, the massive building contained its own hospital where Trauma Team Executive clients were taken for medical treatment.[1]
Layout[]
The upper floors had an AV-4 repair bay and an air traffic control tower, as well as a landing pad from where TT was dispatched from.[1]
Squad NC4-2 operated out of the fourth floor of the hospital, where they had access to a number of offices as well Bay 4-2, locked behind biometric security and the place where they parked their AV-4 and kept a well-equipped armory. Some of its members lived in the building too, and the squad's main office suite had a kitchenette and shower room.[2]

- Many employees lived in the neighboring Trauma Team Corporate Living Center.
- The Trauma Team Tower Sirens was a roller derby team in the 2040s made up of TT employees.
- This building is very likely to be the same Night City Medical Center from Cyberpunk 2077, as both are located in Watson, north of an NCPD Precinct, were built during the Time of the Red, and are owned by Trauma Team.
