Oklahoma General Contractors Statement
General Contractors are not currently required to have a state license in Oklahoma for general contracting. However, trade licenses/registrations are required for performing, or offering to perform, licensed/registered trade work. Further, local jurisdictions should be contacted for any local requirements.
CIB Office Visitation InformatioN
To limit possible exposure to Contagious Illnesses, the CIB requests you maintain social distance of six feet or more with no more than two people in the lobby at one time. To avoid delays, please feel free to conveniently drop off your paperwork 24/7 in the gray Drop Box located on the first-floor south sidewalk by the elevator landing marked as CIB Drop Box. If you need a post mark for determining if late fee applies, you will need to use the U.S. Postal Service.
