The team, led by André de Luizi Correia, along with Letícia Barbosa e Silva Abdalla, has experience representing clients in proceeding before the major arbitration institutions in Brazil and abroad.

• A leader of e-commerce business in Europe in an ICC arbitration related to contingencies arising out of a Reorganization Agreement (sale of e-commerce business operations in Brazil).

• Some of Brazil's biggest infrastructure companies in a BRL 270 million dispute arising out of an EPC Contract for the construction of a highway in the northeast region of Brazil (CAM-CCBC Arbitration).

• A major Brazilian construction company in a BRL 180 million dispute arising out of an EPC Contract for construction of transmission lines (CAM-CCBC Arbitration).

• Brazil's largest retail and distribution group in two major disputes (BRL 650 million) arising out of the sale of a controlled company (ICC Arbitration).

• A Brazilian real estate group in two major disputes (BRL 600 million) arising out of a contract entered into by former shareholders of a real estate developer of a AAA corporate building in São Paulo (CIESP/FIESP Arbitration).

• The biggest investment private equity firm in Latin America, in a CAM-CCBC Arbitration concerning several issues related to invested companies (BRL 750 million).

• A logistics and railway company in a CAM-CCBC arbitration arising out of a consulting agreement related to rail lines expansion projects in Brazil.
