indoor shows
For his indoor shows, Bubbledad (performer/educator Chris Catanese) creates a magical bubble-scape with bubbles of all shapes and sizes. Chris's character Bubbledad is all about DIY. He loves to interact with the kids and encourages them to experiment with bubbles on their own.
Through bubbly magic tricks, Bubbledad covers the science of how bubbles are formed as well as basic geometry concepts (2D vs 3D shapes, circles/spheres.) He finishes by putting a few lucky kids INSIDE a bubble!
Indoor shows are best suited for kids ages 3-12.

outdoor shows (small)
For his outdoor performances with groups of 30 or less, Bubbledad (performer/educator Chris Catanese) creates a magical bubble-scape with bubbles of all shapes and sizes. Chris's character Bubbledad is all about DIY. He loves to interact with the kids and encourages them to experiment with bubbles on their own. Through bubbly magic tricks, Bubbledad covers the science of how bubbles are formed as well as basic geometry concepts (2D vs 3D shapes, circles/spheres.)
Then bubbles start growing from big > huge > ginormous! Chris finishes with thousands of giant bubbles for the kids to run around and pop. With younger kids there's a little less "show" and a little more running around popping bubbles!

Maximum # of kids: 30. For larger groups, we offer discounted additional shows (45-minutes or 30-minutes) with 5/10 minutes between shows (max 6 shows per day). Large groups can also choose an indoor show or a large outdoor show, but neither option includes kids running around popping bubbles.
outdoor shows (large)
For groups larger than 30 who don't have an indoor space, Chris Can do his indoor show outside (see indoor show description). While indoor shows are less susceptible to weather issues, large outdoor shows are a great option if your organization is looking to do a family event in a large grassy outdoor space.

Make-Your-Own-Bubble-Wand Workshop with Bubbledad!
During Chris's live shows he refers to himself as a "bubble builder" in part because he builds/makes the vast majority of his bubble tools! He always encourages the kids to take a DIY attitude towards bubble making.
In the workshops, kids learn how to make some of Bubbledad's most beloved bubble toys: a bubble trumpet, the "Bubble-inator" (makes a hundred bubbles at once!), a bubble foamer, a tri-string wand, and simple wands in a variety of shapes (heart, star etc.) The kids get to test out and keep their creations :-)
