Niskofinitetni natrij-glukozni kotransporter, znan i kao natrij/glukoza kotransporter 3 (SGLT3) ili član 4 poriodice 5 rastvornih nosača (SLC5A4) jest protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom SLC5A4 sa hromosoma 2.[5][6][7] Funkcionira kao senzor šećera.
