Choose Your Own YouBot Adventure
Regardless of your technical ability or AI know-how, there's a YouBot that's perfect for you.
What if you KNEW what came next?
Let's be honest, shall we?
You know you need systems. In fact, you've spent most of your adult life trying (and failing) to create them.
You tried to make miracles out of your morning, but that lasted exactly two days before the only miracle was your duvet. It's warm, it's fluffy, how is that not a miracle?
Next, you tried to be someone who got things done, but you lost your tickler file in a drawer...somewhere.
There was that Bullet Journal phase, but you spent more time on Pinterest looking at pictures than you ever did actually using the thing.
But hey, at least your inbox has a zero!!! It's also got a comma, but we're gonna ignore that.
And if you're neurodivergent, then you're ALREADY behind, because you think differently.
What IS neurodiversity?
- ADD/ADHD
- Autism
- Anxiety
- Bipolar
- Chronic depression
- Dysgraphia
- Dyslexia
- And more! (Sorry, you don't win anything.)
Neurodiversity is defined as any one or more of a variety of conditions which affect your neurological development.
If you were an electrical system, you'd have a short. The lights flash periodically, and the radio plays random music and smells.
But I promise, YOU AREN'T BROKEN.
Hi! I'm Briar Harvey. I'm an accessibility specialist for neurodiverse folks.
In my free time, I stalk new planner releases on Kickstarter and procrastinate by reading articles about productivity. (It's a sickness, I know.)
But what I really love is the magic of a well-designed system.
And I'll tell you a secret.
The systems that work best for you? The ones that makes your heart sing? The one that adapts to your life, even when it changes?
You have to find that yourself. I'd love to show you how.
The nasty truth about productivity
There are some problems with productivity as we currently know it. The most dangerous is that we defined productivity over a century ago, and we've never reassessed.
That means that all of our objective measures about what productivity even IS are totally obsolete.
- They're based around antiquated ideas of time, results, and technology
- They are designed to foster competition, not collaboration
- And they do NOT accommodate individual needs or personalities
But we're on the verge of a renaissance in the way we perceive our systems. We have an opportunity to throw away those old systems of oppression, and reinvent ourselves into something better. Something that honors who we've become as a culture.
That means WE get to decide what productivity means to us. And then go and build our lives around THAT.

One of these days, I'll write out the story of me. For now, I'll just tell you what I believe, instead.
Listen to the Shows
Sure, there's systems, but have you ever wanted to critically deconstruct the whole world? Me too.
Tools I Use
I've spent the past 20 years trying to figure out systems. Let me show you some of my favorites.
