Nothing is better off the grill than a platter of steakhouse burgers! I'm talking big, meaty, delicious burgers grilled to perfection! They are just like your favorite restaurant meal... only better! When you follow this quick and easy recipe!

What makes this recipe irresistible
There are a couple of things that (in my opinion!) make a juicy burger irresistible! The first is that it's perfectly seasoned.
The burger needs to have a variety of textures: juicy meat, melted cheese and the bun always has to be toasted! And there are always plenty of fresh toppings. It all combines for perfection on the grill!

- ground beef - I recommend 80/20 for the juiciest burgers!
- Worcestershire sauce
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
- smoked paprika
- burger buns
- butter (optional)
- and your favorite toppings; American Cheese, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, thinly sliced onions, crispy bacon, smashburger sauce, etc.
Step-by-step guide: instructions

- Add the ground meat, Worcestershire sauce, Montreal Steak Seasoning and smoked paprika. Lightly mix to combine.
- Separate the beef mixture into four even portions. Roll into balls and flatten to make patties.
- Make a small indent into the middle of each patty to keep it from puffing up during grilling.
- Grill the hamburger patties 3-4 minutes on side one to get a good sear before flipping. Continue grilling until the burgers are done. Add cheese the last minute of grilling.
- Brush the burger buns with melted butter and toast until lightly brown.
- Build your burgers and feast!

Use an instant-read thermometer. Cook to your preference of doneness.
Yes, resting the burgers will allow the juices to be distributed evenly. Just cover the plate lightly with aluminum foil.
You bet burgers are great grilled in or outside. No grill pan, no problem! Use a heavy-duty cast iron skillet instead.
Top Tip
Don't overwork the meat. Just lightly mix in the seasonings and form the burger patties.
- A little fat in the meat is good, which is why I recommend an 80/20 mixture. It makes for a juicy burger!
Storage
Refrigerate - Cooked steakhouse burgers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Freezer - If you have leftovers, don't toss them! Cooked burgers can be frozen for up to 2 months.
Reheat - You can easily reheat burgers in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Or reheated in the air fryer, cook at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes.

Best Steakhouse Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef preferably 80/20 blend for juiciness
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 burger buns
- 2 tablespoons butter optional for brushing on bread prior to toasting.

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Montreal Steak Seasoning and smoked paprika. Lightly mix to combine.
- Separate the beef mixture into four equal portions. Roll into balls and flatten to make patties.
- Using your thumb, make a small indent into the middle of each patties. (This keeps it from puffing during grilling.) Refrigerate until you're ready to grill.
- When you're hungry, fire up that grill! Make sure the grill is clean and well-oiled. Heat the grill to 375 degrees. Grill the burgers 3-4 minutes on side one to get a good sear before flipping. Continue grilling until the burgers are done to your liking. (See notes below) Add cheese the last minute of grill. Close the lid so the cheese.
- Brush the burger buns with melted butter and toast until lightly brown.
- Optional - When you remove the burgers from the grill, top with a small dab of butter.
- Cover lightly with foil.
- Now it's time to build the burgers! Slather each side of the bun with Smashburger Sauce. Building from the bottom bun, add lettuce, burger patty, tomato, onion, pickles, etc. Add the top bun and feast on your amazing burgers!
