Ice is a damage type featured in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, and one of the three main elements, along with Fire and Thunder.
Description[]
Most living creatures are weak against Ice, although not as much as they are against Fire. In this regard, Ice is considered to be the direct opposite to Fire, with enemies which have affinity to Fire being particularly weak against Ice based attacks, and vice versa.
The Ice element isn't very prevalent in the Bloodstained series, though, and only plays a more relevant role in Ritual of the Night, which implements role-playing elements. In particular, and to no surprise, the Ice Elemental enemy mainly uses Ice-based attacks, being the strongest of the "Elemental" enemies in the game, and only appearing in the Glacial Tomb, the final area. The optional boss IGA also has an attack where he summons a large hail of ice that hovers in the center of the screen, which he then shatters, sending its harmful sharp pieces scattering away.
