Caladbolg is a weapon in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.
Availability[]
- Can be crafted by "upgrading" 1 Hofud using 1 Fiend Fang, 3 Emerald, and 1 Thunder Ring.
- Can be bought from Dominique's store for 27,000G.
Usage[]
While Caladbolg is equipped, Miriam's attack becomes the traditional "sword swing" with a +37 ATK boost and the Slash and Thunder attributes.
It is initially capable of the Force Blast technique (30 MP, Down -> Down-Forward -> Forward + Attack), which will be passed on to all "traditional" Swords/Maces once mastered.
Caladbolg is a material used to craft the following items:

Trivia[]
- Caladbolg was the legendary sword of King Fergus mac Róich in the Ulster cycle of Irish folklore. It was said to swing in an arc like a rainbow, and be capable of cleaving the tops from mountains or destroying an entire army. The name is proposed by some historians to come from the Middle Welsh root word Caledfwlch ("hard cleft") and share this root with the English "Excalibur," both having once been generic terms for greatswords.
