Zanélle Dalglish is the Global Leader, Training and Education Affairs at Schneider Electric, as part of the companyâs global corporate citizenship team. Key to her role is Schneider Electricâs Global Youth Impact Through Learning initiative which delivers learning solutions that upskill youth for a just energy transition.
In her current role, Zanélle is responsible for public affairs and strategic positioning of Schneider Electric as an industry partner for the ministries of education and labour across the countries in which the company operates.

Zanélle Dalglish is the Global Leader, Training and Education Affairs at Schneider Electric, as part of the companyâs global corporate citizenship team. Key to her role is Schneider Electricâs Global Youth Impact Through Learning initiative which delivers learning solutions that upskill youth for a just energy transition.
In her current role, Zanélle is responsible for public affairs and strategic positioning of Schneider Electric as an industry partner for the ministries of education and labour across the countries in which the company operates.
Over the last 14 years, Zanélle has held various roles at Schneider Electric, including the position of Director of Sustainable Development and Academy, Anglophone Africa. She was appointed as the first delegate in Anglophone Africa for Schneider Electricâs Global Foundation.
Zanélle sits on the Global Schneider Electric Foundation Volunteering Board and forms part of the WOMEA (Women in Middle East and Africa) committee. She holds extensive qualifications including a Mastersâ Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Pretoria. She is a registered industrial psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and a full member with the Society of Industrial and Organisational Psychologist of South Africa (SIOPSA).
