A free comic book reader and converter for Windows and Linux.

    • Create and/or modify the metadata in PDF and EPUB files or stored in ComicInfo.xml files inside unencrypted CBR[4], CBZ and CB7 comic books.
    • Search for and import comic book metadata from Comic Vine (a Comic Vine API key is required).
  • Integrated audio player:
    • Supports MP3, Ogg, WAV, M3U and M3U8 files.
    • Can export playlists to M3U files.
  • Tools:
    • Convert/Resize:
      • Comic books (CBR, CBZ, CB7, PDF[5] or EPUB[2] to CBR[4], CBZ, CB7, PDF or EPUB)

Notes:

[1]: Including password protected PDF, CBZ (AES encryption not supported), CB7 and CBR files.

[2]: Images only.

[3]: Reading EPUB Ebooks is an experimental / extra feature outside the main scope of the project. It may not work for all files and could be removed in future versions if necessary.

[4]: Creating and modifying CBR files are disabled by default. They can be enabled in the preferences but require a third-party command-line tool (rar from WinRAR) to be installed in the system.

[5]: PDF files larger than 2GB are not supported.
