  • Exterior — Targets areas immediately surrounding the home, possible nest sites and entry points.

  • Home and Yard — Pest control treatment that extends beyond the borders or the home to examine the lawn and garden for potential hot spots.

Rove Pest Control also offers customers a satisfaction guarantee: if any of the pest control company’s seasonal treatments do not meet the customer’s standard, or if pests return, Rove Pest Control will provide a retreatment of affected areas at no cost to the homeowner or business owner.

Specialty Services

The company provides a few specialty services for particularly difficult pests:

  • Bed Bug Control — Rove Pest Control employs a state-of-the-art heat treatment program that completely and safely eradicates bed bugs at every stage of their life cycle from the affected areas. This service is available in all states Rove Pest Control operates in.
  • Mosquito Control — Rove Pest Control conducts a three-pronged approach to mosquito treatment and removal, starting with a preventative treatment that explores necessary adjustments that need to be made to stop mosquitoes from reproducing in and swarming the home or business. The pest control company will then work on larva control and adult mosquito control as part of its custom mosquito prevention program (not available in Michigan).
  • Tree and Shrub — The pest control service also covers pests that attack trees, shrubs, and flowers. Sue was likable. His manner gave me trust / confidence. He talked ... telling me what he was doing -- providing information in a good way. Multiple times, he asked if I had questions. His manner and the work he did and the things he said gave me confidence I had made the right decision to hire Rove, even though I had observed just 3 cockroaches -- one dead one, one live one, and then 1 in a trap I had set. On my phone, I got a text message that Sue would be given $13.00 if I responded. I tried to click on the link, but could not get to the site. So some problem arose there. We hired Rove because we were having a bee infestation. The bees were getting into the basement of our storeroom and we would get about a dozen a day come upstairs. We could close storeroom door to contain them. We had Rove come out several times and the bees never left until late fall. I showed the tech all the dead bees in our storeroom and mentioned there must be a record of what has been done at our home in notes from Rove. He said they don't make notes and there are no notes. I didn't know what he was going to do so I said he may as well put a couple mouse traps in our basement and let me know what he did. He supposedly sprayed outside and plugged some spots, but next thing we knew was he was gone. It would have been nice to get a report from him on where he plugged spots and he never came in to put a couple traps in basement. I'm disappointed in having to pay $140.00 for this service.

The technician was outstanding. He was very helpful. He explained what he was doing and answered all questions that I had. I did find it alarming that he was not told about the active activity inside the residence. Seems like there is something lagging in the communication between dispatch and techs. :( the technician also did not call when he was en route like they said they would document.

What a great person this guys is. We were at the doctors office because I’ve been sickly for a few days and we tried to meet u at the house with him, but we couldn’t make it in time. It didn’t really matter because he took care of our needs and sprayed for the pests that have been making us crazy. We already see a huge difference in the box elder bugs and Asian beetles attacking our home and squeezing into our house. WHAT A RELIEF IT IS TO SEE AND EXPERIENCE THAT RELIEF!! The technician Hannah was very professional and efficient. She listened well to my concerns regarding moles in my yard and previous ants in the kitchen. Hannah provided service recommendations that made sense and agreed with industry best practices. Hannah walked with me over my entire yard to treat the active mole mounds. Along the way she educated me how moles live, tunnel and surface for food. She did a great job with a smile the whole time.

The initial treatment wasn't perfect and missed something so it was really refreshing to see Rove react so quickly and focus on making things right and I really appreciated Cody coming out so quickly. So nice and friendly She also explained the process and give me recommendations on what to do for better results She also offered to spray an especial treatment outside the perimeter of the house to take care of wasps and insects . This was our first time we had to treat a"pest" issue and selected Rove Pest Control to take care of the issue. They did not disappoint. Our service technician Patriot did an outstanding job addressing our bee/wasp issue. He is personable, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He explained what the problem was, what he would do to remedy the situation and what we should expect after he treats the area. He communicates very well. I would recommend him and Rove Pest Control to anyone. Jesse scheduled our appointment and did a great job of explaining what a customer could expect from Rove Pest Control and what they would do to address our pest problem. We were pleased to have Sebastian at the house today for quarterly service. Our main issue is with voles/mice. Sebastian filled the bait stations full after finding they were essentially empty. The previous technician had stocked them half full which was insufficient for spring/summer rodent activity. We have observed voles in the yard over the past month. Our bait stations need to be fully stocked at each visit. Sebastian also treated indoors for ants and outside for wasps, spiders, and other bugs. We appreciate the discussion and conversation with him regarding the service and the importance of filling the bait stations. Good to know we can call for treatments as needed between quarterly services.

I called in October about mice problem right after my quarterly visit. They came out for the first visit to address the problem but failed to notify me so nothing inside was done. Have been asked to pay bill since then and complained about service. Called jan 6th to complain again and they said they cant help until I pay my bill. I said you fix my ongoing mice problem or reimburse me for damages. Then I will gladly pay my bill. They chose to cancel my service.

The inside service is free of charge and can be scheduled at any time for regular customers in addition to additional services as needed to address pest issues that need additional control efforts. One of the key elements in being a regular customer is paying for services rendered. Since we have not received payment since last spring, we have discontinued service until the account is current. Once the bill from the summer is taken care of we can start to work on the mice that are regularly an issue in the fall and winter. Receiving payment from customers allows us to purchase product and pay the technicians that keep the pests out of our regular customers' homes and businesses. We hope to receive payment soon so we can get the ball rolling with you.

only 4 days from original asking for help. the technician was right on time, very friendly, assessed thing s quickly, and seems to have removed and destroyed the bees nest in about 30 minute. Of course, assessing whether any bees remain will take a week or 2 of time.
