The question on the ballot:

Shall the mosquito control district, if formed, levy a general tax of twenty-five cents ($0.25) per thousand dollars of assessed value for one year upon all taxable property within the district in excess of constitutional and/or statutory tax limits for authorized purposes of the district?[3]
