Shelley Marcus was a judge of the New Haven District Superior Court in Connecticut. She left office in 2021.

Marcus was nominated by Governor Dannel P. Malloy and confirmed by the legislature March 6, 2013.[1]

Education

Marcus earned a bachelor's degree from Albertus Magnus College in 1974, going on to receive a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1977.[2]

  • 1981-1983: Chief counsel, Democratic Leadership, CT House of Representatives

Marcus was also a practicing attorney at Marcus Law Firm, founded by her father Edward Marcus.
