Roy Quinata (Democratic Party) was a member of the Guam Senate. He assumed office on January 2, 2023. He left office on January 6, 2025.
Quinata (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Guam Senate. He lost in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Roy Quinata graduated from Simon Sanchez High School in Yigo, Guam. His career experience includes working as a legislative aide for Sen. Tommy Morrison in 2014, in the Judiciary of Guam's AmeriCorps Program in 2015, as the executive director of the Micronesia Community Development Corp in 2016, and as a legislative aide in the 36th Guam Legislature. Quinata was also the community liaison for Sen. Amanda Shelton (D). Quinata also volunteered with the Humåtak Municipal Council, the Guam Diamonds Lion Club, and the Guam Youth Congress Humåtak Project.[1]
