Robert M. Russel was a judge on the Colorado Court of Appeals. He joined this court on January 30, 2004 and was retained by voters in 2006.[1][2] Russel retired from the court on November 3, 2012. [3]

Education

Judge Russel received his undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1978 and his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 1984.[4]
