Robert M. Russel was a judge on the Colorado Court of Appeals. He joined this court on January 30, 2004 and was retained by voters in 2006. Russel retired from the court on November 3, 2012.

Education

Judge Russel received his undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1978 and his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 1984.
