Rick J. McCormick was the presiding Judge on the Linn County Circuit Court in Oregon until his May 31, 2010 retirement. James C. Egan was appointed to his seat, and subsequently won election to it. The court has jurisdiction over Linn County and is located within the 23rd Judicial District.[1][2]
