|I have always been interested in politics, and I feel that the time has come for me to offer myself as a servant in the public arena. The reason I am running for Delegate is because our district is at a point where we need leaders who are going to do more than the bare minimum and maintain status quo. The community deserves leaders who will fight to help struggling Marylanders who are feeling the effects of inflation and who are still recovering from job losses due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I am hopeful that I can bring new ideas straight from the constituents of the 10th District to the Maryland House of Delegates.
- Multiple areas in the 10th District are becoming food deserts. I will work with the Governor, State Commissioner, and the Baltimore County government to target food- based small businesses to attract them to the district.
- When elected I will propose legislation that would help Maryland citizens lower their student loans.
- I will propose partnering with local farmers to help provide affordable meat and produce to the citizens of Maryland
I would propose that the Red Line project be reinstituted or a project with the same intent. This light-rail line would help constituents in the 10th district to travel easily and safely to work, colleges and entertainment events, as well as curb some of the traffic issues in the Baltimore area.
