Rafael Hernández Montañez (Popular Democratic Party) (also known as Tatito) is a member of the Puerto Rico House of Representatives, representing District 11. His current term ends on January 2, 2025.

Hernández Montañez (Popular Democratic Party) ran for election for Mayor of Dorado in Puerto Rico. He lost in the Popular Democratic Party primary on June 2, 2024.

Montañez was elected as the state House president for the 2021-2022 session on November 11, 2020.[1][2]
