Biography
Ra Joy lives in Chicago, Illinois. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science and government from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and studied in the executive development program at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. Joy's career experience includes serving as a senior aide to U.S. Representative Jan Schakowsky and executive director of CHANGE Illinois (Coalition for Honest and New Government Ethics), which describes itself as "a coalition leading systemic political and government reform."[1][2][3]
