White (Democratic Party) ran for election to the West Virginia House of Delegates to represent District 21. She lost in the general election on November 3, 2020.
White is a former Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 21 from January 12, 2016 to December 1, 2016. She was first appointed to the chamber to replace her husband Harry White (D), who resigned on January 4, 2016.[1]
Biography
Phyllis White lives in Gilbert, West Virginia. She earned a bachelor's and a master's degree from Marshall University. White's career experience includes working as the principal and assistant principal of Gilbert Elementary School.[2]
