Peggy Reeves is a former Democratic member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, representing District 143 from 2009 to 2011. She was registrar of voters for the Town of Wilton from 1994 to 2008.
Biography
Reeves is a member/board member of the Wilton League of Women Voters, is chairman of the Wilton Unit of the Salvation Army, served as trustee with the Wilton Library Association, and was president of the Parent Teacher Association.[1]

Reeves ran for re-election to the 143rd District seat in 2010. She was defeated by Gail Lavielle (R) in the November 2 general election.
2008
On November 4, 2008, Reeves won election to the Connecticut House of Representatives from Connecticut's 143rd District, defeating Susan Bruschi (R). Reeves received 6,349 votes in the election while Bruschi received 5,582 votes.[2] Reeves raised $28,331 for her campaign; Bruschi raised $29,037.[3]
