Mark T. Stoll is a circuit court judge for the 23rd Circuit Court in Missouri, serving Jefferson County. He was elected in 2006 and 2012, and his current term expires in 2018. He served a term as the court's presiding judge.[1][2][3]
Education
Stoll received his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of Missouri. He wrote for the Missouri Law Review.[4][5]
Career
Before Stoll became a circuit judge, he served as an associate judge for the 23rd Circuit Court.[6][7]
