Laura D. Millman is a former special master for the United States Court of Federal Claims. She joined the court in 1991 and retired in 2019.[1][2]
Education
Millman earned her B.A. from City College of New York graduating cum laude in 1966 with an emphasis in English. She attended Herbert H. Lehman College to earn an M.A. in English in 1971 and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1976.[1]
