Keith O. Gregory is a judge for Judicial District 10D of the North Carolina 3rd Superior Court Division. He assumed office in 2018. His current term ends on December 31, 2026.

Gregory (Democratic Party) ran for re-election for the Judicial District 10D judge of the North Carolina 3rd Superior Court Division. He won in the general election on November 6, 2018.

The North Carolina Superior Courts are split into five divisions and 48 districts. Superior court judges rotate among the districts within their division every six months.[2] However, superior court judges are elected by voters in their district and must reside in the district in which they are elected.[3]

Gregory was a district court judge for the 10th Judicial District, serving Wake County, from 2010 to 2018.[4] He was appointed to the court by former Governor Bev Perdue in February 2010.[5]

Gregory ran for re-election to the 10th Judicial District.
General: He was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014.[6] 

2010

Gregory was elected to the 10th Judicial District. He defeated V.A. Davidian, III in the general election, winning 56.1% of the vote.[7]

Education

Gregory received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from the North Carolina Central University School of Law.[5]

Career

Before his appointment to the court, Gregory was a senior partner at the law firm of Gregory and McClinton, PLLC in Raleigh, North Carolina. He also previously served as an assistant public defender in Cumberland County and as an assistant district attorney for Wake County.[5]
