Biography
Joshua Branscum was born and lives in Russell Springs, Kentucky.[1] Branscum earned a B.A. in organizational communications from Georgetown College in 2005 and a B.S. in construction management from Eastern Kentucky University in 2007.[1][2] His career experience includes working as the executive vice president of Branscum Construction.[1][2]
