Standing up for traditional conservative values: Jonathan is a pro-life Christian conservative who will boldly stand up for our religious freedoms, not only by sponsoring and voting for legislation, but more importantly by refusing to confirm Supreme Court nominees who refuse to defend our values. Allowing entrepreneurs the opportunity to thrive: As a small businessman, Jonathan has seen first-hand the ways overreaching government puts significant constraints on growing the economy. We need to focus on allowing entrepreneurs the opportunity to thrive, instead of instituting mountains of regulations that cause them to wilt under a federal government that has grown far too large. The economy doesn’t need government intervention to thrive, it needs career politicians and bureaucrats to get out of the way. Securing our nation & leading abroad: The Obama administration has been highly detrimental for the United States’ reputation around the world. Instead of leading, we’ve lost thousands of men and women and spent trillions of dollars without defining our mission.
