James B. Todd was a federal magistrate judge for the Eastern District of Kentucky. He was appointed to the court on March 31, 1994, and retired on April 30, 2010.

Education

Todd received his B.S. from the University of Kentucky, Lexington in 1963 and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky Law School, Lexington in 1966.

Career

From 1975 to 1994, Todd was with the firm Todd and Smith, Attorneys at Law. In 1994, he received his appointment to the Eastern District of Kentucky.
