Howard Francis Corcoran (1906-1989) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Corcoran was nominated by President Lyndon Johnson on March 1, 1965, to a seat vacated by Charles McLaughlin; he was confirmed by the Senate on March 11, 1965, and received commission that same day. He assumed senior status on November 30, 1977, and served in that capacity until his death on May 11, 1989.
