| “ | Shall the Charter Township of Hampton renew the current Road Fund millage of .65 mills on the taxable value of real and personal property situated in the Charter Township of Hampton, this millage being for the sole purpose of providing funds necessary to pay for construction, maintenance, or improvements of publicly owned roads, highways, streets, and parking lots within the Township, commencing December 1, 2013, and continuing for a period of ten (10) years? This millage would generate approximately $295,999 in the first year.
