Biography
Kolkmeyer is the owner and CEO of Energy Transport Solutions, Inc. He served as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 53 from 2013 to 2021. Kolkmeyer also served as the Fire Chief of the Wellington-Napoleon Fire Protection District for 20 years, and served in the fire service for a total of 39 years.[1]

Kolkmeyer was appointed to the Missouri Public Service Commission by Gov. Mike Parson (R) on April 1, 2021, to replace Bill Kenney.[1] He assumed office on May 6, 2021.
