Clarence Morgan was a judge for the Fifth Judicial District of Mississippi. He was re-elected in 2010 and 2014. Morgan retired from the court on December 31, 2015.

Education

Morgan earned a B.A. from the University of Mississippi, going on to receive his J.D. there as well. He was admitted to the bar in 1970.
