Clarence Morgan was a judge for the Fifth Judicial District of Mississippi.[1] He was re-elected in 2010 and 2014.[2] Morgan retired from the court on December 31, 2015.[3]
Education
Morgan earned a B.A. from the University of Mississippi, going on to receive his J.D. there as well. He was admitted to the bar in 1970.[4]
