Charles Ray Scott (1904-1983) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Scott was nominated by President Lyndon Johnson on October 11, 1966, to a new seat created by 80 Stat. 75; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 20, 1966, and received commission on November 3, 1966. He assumed senior status on November 12, 1976, and served in that capacity until his death on May 12, 1983. Scott was succeeded in this position by George Carr.
