Biography

Carla Brailey earned a B.S. in criminal justice and political science from Texas State University and an M.A. in counseling psychology, an M.Div. in sociology, and a Ph.D. in sociology from Howard University. Brailey's career experience includes working as an assistant professor with Texas Southern University and Springfield College and the vice chair of the Texas Democratic Party.[1]
