Biography
Baily received a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law. Prior to his appointment as attorney general, Bailey served in the U.S. military and as general counsel to the Office of Governor Mike Parson.[1]
