Biography
Amy Neighbors earned a B.S. in health care administration from Western Kentucky University in 1999. Neighbors' career experience includes working as an administrator with Metcalfe Health Care Center. She has served on the board of Life Skills Inc. and has been affiliated with Leadership Kentucky.[1][2]
