|I am the Vice Chair of the East Norriton Board of Supervisors, having stepped up to run after the 2016 election and wanting to do more for my community. As an attorney with a Master's in Public Health, I have worked in Harrisburg to advance progressive policy. I worked with Representative Donna Bullock and as a Fellow for the ACLU of Pennsylvania. Through the William Penn Fellowship, I worked as an advocate for children at the Office of Child Development and Early Learning, and then at the Department of Human Services as a policy specialist tracking legislation to assess implementation. Most recently, I served as the Director of Policy for Planned Parenthood advocating for proactive reproductive legislation.
- I am a progressive with the experience and passion to represent the people of my district.
- I am running because my district currently has no representation. I am willing to work with other legislatures to push good policy through the Senate and am ready to provide the representation that my district deserves.
- I am running to bring a fresh voice to the Senate and represent the new generation of leadership, while bringing a background of advocacy to the legislature.
My public policy priority is the right and access to healthcare. The Medicaid waiver processes can be streamlined to reduce wait times, and legislation can be passed to enshrine essential Affordable Care Act protections into state law: protecting individuals with pre-existing conditions, requiring essential health benefits coverage, and more. Regardless of what happens in our nation's capital, we must protect our basic human right to healthcare here in Pennsylvania. This means that healthcare needs to be affordable. I am also passionate about Education and Environmental policy. Pennsylvania must invest in affordable, high quality early care and education. I would like to work to support access to quality education on all levels.

Scorecards
A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.
Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.
