Alan Minier is a former member of the Wyoming Public Service Commission. He was first appointed as chair of the commission on November 17, 2008. He was reappointed on February 26, 2015. He was succeeded by Robin Sessions Cooley on March 16, 2017.[1][2]
Biography
An attorney by trade, Minier practiced law in Cheyenne from 1980 to 2002, with an emphasis on civil litigation and administrative law. He became chairman of the State Board of Equalization in 2003, where he remained until his appointment to the WPSC in 2008.[3]
