Abe Shafer V (also known as Quint) is a judge for Division 3 of the Missouri 6th Judicial Associate Circuit Court. Shafer assumed office in 2014. Shafer's current term ends on December 31, 2028.
Shafer ran for re-election for the Division 3 judge of the Missouri 6th Judicial Associate Circuit Court. Shafer won in the retention election on November 5, 2024.
He was appointed by Governor Jay Nixon (D) on April 1, 2014. He is the son of former 6th Circuit judge Abe Shafer IV.[1]
Education
Shafer earned a B.A. in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1991. He received his J.D. from the Mississippi College School of Law in 1995.[1][2]
